Conference Overview

An interactive meeting that will explore evolving strategies for managing complex coronary calcium, with a particular focus on challenging conventional approaches to intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) in non-concentric calcified lesions.

Through expert-led discussions, live cases, and case-based debates, participants will critically assess current calcium modification techniques, optimise intravascular imaging guidance, and explore the role of adjunctive therapies.

Registration is by invitation or subject to approval

Key Objectives

  1. Re-evaluating IVL: Addressing challenges and expanding indications for IVL in non-concentric calcium.
  2. Optimising Imaging: Leveraging intravascular imaging to tailor calcium modification strategies.
  3. Integrating Adjunctive Tools: Exploring complementary approaches for managing complex calcium.
  4. Case-Based Learning: Engaging in expert-led discussions and real-world cases to refine decision-making.

The meeting will serve as a platform for interventional cardiologists to critically assess and refine calcium treatment strategies in the modern era.
